Strategic business development

“Global Business Development” means strategic analysis, market prioritisation, partner mapping, positioning, relationship strategy, opportunity review, negotiation strategy and decision support. MCFields does not, through this website, hold itself out as arranging or executing regulated financial transactions.

Introductions and third parties

Any introduction is discretionary, subject to suitability, reputation, confidentiality and regulatory considerations. There is no entitlement to access any particular person, investor, family office, company, media outlet or network.

Separate regulated or specialist services

Where an activity requires licensing, registration or specialist professional authorisation, it must be separately reviewed and, where applicable, performed by an appropriately authorised third party or separate suitable entity under separate terms.
